Full-Time Basic Function:
Responsible for the implementation of marketing strategies and business development support to practice area leaders. Essential Duties/Responsibilities included but not limited to: Implement business development and marketing strategies for designated areas of responsibility. Identify and cultivate relationships by meeting with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders to expand the firm’s client base. Coordinate, prepare, and assemble Request for Proposal/Qualification submittal packages, including government forms. Assist in preparation of interviews including development of PowerPoints, handouts, and display boards. Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and key decision-makers in target industries. Maintain marketing information; prepare brochures. Complete daily web searches for Public Notices/Request for Proposals; research project and client leads as required. Draft press releases and thought leadership articles. Assist with content development for e-campaigns. Coordinate equipment, attendees, exhibit arrangements, promotional materials, etc. for conferences and events. Attend industry events, conferences, and community engagements to promote the firm’s services and enhance visibility. Utilize CRM software (Cosential) to maintain contacts, leads, and project information. Other tasks as requested to assist in marketing and business development efforts.
Qualifications/Skills:
Highly proficient with Adobe InDesign and all Microsoft Office programs Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills Experience working within a team and collaborating with creative design professionals Ability to present and deliver compelling presentations Enthusiastic, proactive, energetic, and highly creative Database management and CRM experience, preferably Cosential Knowledge of market trends and a network of industry contacts is highly desirable Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend events
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field preferred 3+ years of experience, preferably in the field of
