Our portfolio range covers Bourbon, Whiskey, Vodka, Gin and Tequila. We are one of the fastest-growing NC distilleries and offer the most diverse product line. Our products are now distributed via most ABC boards throughout the state as we continue to grow towards a national presence. The Mecklenburg County territory is primed with strong support from ABC Board and a long-time rep dedicated to servicing ABC Stores. There are substantial growth opportunities assisted by our brand marketing in the region. We are looking for a sales rep with strong mixed beverage sales experience and connections to help push our product into more on-premise accounts within the region. A sales specialist promotes and sells the company’s brands to restaurants, bars, and ABC Boards. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Key responsibilities include:
Product Knowledge :

Possessing an in-depth understanding of the product category and competitor selling points. Requires an above-average knowledge of spirits. Brand-specific training will be provided.

Sales Strategy :

Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and meet sales targets, leveraging industry trends and customer feedback.

Client Management :

Establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers in their accounts, providing excellent customer service, and addressing any concerns.

Promotion & Marketing :

Coordinating promotional events, tastings, and tailored experiences focused on brand growth.

Market Analysis :

Monitoring market trends and competitors, gathering insights on customer preferences, and adjusting sales tactics accordingly.

Administrative Tasks :

Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, following up with contacts and providing customer feedback to leadership. A successful sales specialist should possess excellent communication skills, a charismatic personality, and a solid understanding of the alcoholic beverage industry. A background in sales or hospitality and a passion for spirits can significantly enhance performance in this dynamic role. Requirements Related sales experience with a minimum of two years experience. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Meet requirements for NC ABC rep license
