Job Opportunity:

Outside Sales Consultant We’re excited to offer a new opportunity for a motivated Outside Sales Consultant to join our growing team! As a key member of our organization, you’ll be responsible for conducting at-home consultations with residential homeowners, driving sales, and boosting company revenue. All leads are provided—so no cold calling —giving you more time to focus on consultations and closing deals. Customers are pre-qualified, potentially have credit cards, and on site credit options for financing during your sales appointments. While previous experience in home improvement sales is a plus, it is not required. A proven sales track record and a passion for helping customers make informed decisions is essential for success at this position. We offer hands-on product training to help you maximize your sales potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily sales appointments with provided leads—no prospecting required. Meet and exceed sales quotas and performance goals. Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement effective sales strategies through various duties. Build lasting relationships with customers and establish new partnerships.

Qualifications:

5+ years of proven sales experience (outside sales preferred, non-retail ). Strong leadership qualities and a self-driven work ethic. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust and close deals efficiently. Driver’s License & Criminal Background screening required before starting.

Compensation & Benefits:
Annual Earnings :

New representatives have always achieved a minimum of $55,000 and top formers easily clear $90,000, with commissions and bonuses. Employee discounts on products. Flexible Monday-to-Friday work schedule with Saturdays as an option. 1099 position to maximize your earnings.
