Outside Sales Representative We are seeking a positive, motivated, and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. Our ideal candidate will excel in prospecting new business and relationship building, while maintaining a strong commitment to meeting and exceeding sales targets. In addition to living our Mission of Respect, Service, and Excellence responsibilities include:
New Business Development:
Identify and prospect clients within your assigned territory and develop & manage leads, through 8 – 10 daily sales appointments. Ensure timely follow-up through the Lansing Sales Cycle.
Customer Meetings:
Meet face to face and educate contractors, remodelers, & builders on our products/services, demonstrating the value and benefits for their organization.
Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and proactively offering solutions
Sales Reporting:
Utilize Salesforce to track and report on sales activities.
Ideal Attributes Skillset:
Strong communication and negotiation skills; confident and persuasive demeanor. Ability to establish rapport & deliver on promises.

Familiarity with Building Materials, Construction, or Wholesale Territory Sales College degree preferred but not required. Compensation Package Base salary plus uncapped commission, with a strong focus on performance-based incentives.
