In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Your primary focus will be on engaging potential customers through cold calling, lead generating, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in apparel decorating or B2B environments, and have a passion for driving business growth. Responsibilities Identify and target potential clients through cold calling and networking efforts. Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to showcase our products and services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with the Operations team to strategize on business development initiatives. Track sales activities, manage leads, and report on sales performance using CRM tools. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our products. Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and product enhancements. Experience Proven experience in outside sales or business development, preferably within the apparel decorating sector. Strong skills in cold calling, technical sales, retail sales, or inside sales. Familiarity with B2B sales processes and strategies is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients at all levels. Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player. Experience in sales management is a plus but not required.
