Command the Build. Deliver Results. This in-person role at our Charlotte, NC location demandsleadership in the field, where you’ll own every step of the projectlifecycle.

Your Mission:

Lead on-site project execution. Manage crews, timelines, andquality control with zero tolerance for failure. Master the Build Process. Oversee roofing, paint, gutterinstallations, and all phases of restoration. Own the Profitability. Drive jobs to completion while ensuringmaximum profitability and zero shortcuts. Accountability Focus. Manage job progress in AccuLynx, ensuringfull process compliance. Precision Communication.
