$70.5K – $98.1K a year 23 hours ago Qualifications Mid-level 3 years Budgeting AI Full Job Description Renuity is seeking a strategic and results-driven Paid Media Lead to own and execute a high-performing paid media strategy across native and emerging social platforms. This role will focus on building a scalable paid media engine that delivers exceptional lead generation and ROI across all business units. Based in our Charlotte, NC office, this is a high-impact opportunity to lead innovation in one of the fastest-growing segments of our marketing strategy.
What You’ll Do:
Build, manage, and optimize paid ad accounts that match or outperform leading social lead generation partners Lead full-channel ownership across platforms including Taboola, Outbrain, Reddit, Nextdoor, Snap, Pinterest, and others Utilize AI tools and curated images/videos to generate high-performing creative content at scale Streamline ad creation through internal or third-party tools to maximize efficiency and minimize cost-per-lead Run ongoing A/B testing with creative (e.g., with vs. without text overlays) and assess geographic-specific performance Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and business unit teams to align paid media efforts with company goals Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to continuously improve results
What You’ll Bring:
3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media across native and emerging social platforms Proven ability to fully own strategy, budget, and execution for paid media channels Strong track record of driving lead generation and high ROI Data-driven mindset with a passion for creative testing, optimization, and innovation Familiarity with AI-generated content tools and creative testing platforms is a plus Comfortable in a high-growth, performance-oriented environment with cross-functional collaboration About Us Renuity is a national leader in the direct-to-consumer home improvement industry, dedicated to transforming spaces and enhancing lives.
