Roofing Sales Consultant Top Tier Roofing Solutions Charlotte, NC Top Tier Roofing Solutions is growing rapidly and is looking for hard-working, self-motivated people to join our team today! Our Sales Representatives work directly with new and current customers to help them from start to finish with their new roof or other roofing services we provide.
Responsibilities:
Attend 2-3 company leads per day, six days per week Capitalize on company-generated appointments Generate new leads and referrals Educate homeowners on Top Tier’s processes and equipment Maintain a professional approach with in-home presentations Dedication to providing customers with a Top Tier experience Motivation for success and commitment to growth
Compensation:
Most competitive compensation in the industry Weekly performance mentoring and coaching Expected $35,000 – $85,000 in the first 90 days Advancement opportunities Strong community and culture Uncapped bonus plan and earning potential
