Snacks2U is one of the largest independent distributorships in the southeast and has been providing world class service to major chain grocery retailers since 2016. We are currently looking for a Route Sales Representative to join our growing team! The Route Sales Representative is a full-time position that is responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising company contracted products. This role will service a territory in the Charlotte, NC area and must live in or within the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities include:

Achieving and growing sales volume Conducting warehouse functions Maintaining regularly scheduled visits to designated accounts Accurately creating and finalizing orders Driving and maintaining company truck Stocking shelves/merchandising Executing schematics and planograms Building displays Performing audits and inventory counts

Required Work Experience:

1+ year of merchandising experience Grocery retail experience preferred Minimum requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; including basic math and reasoning Basic computer skills Physical ability to lift, climb, bend, and kneel Valid driver’s license with a acceptable driving record Pass a background check
