Job Description:
Crown Mechanical is seeking an organized, energetic and exceptional Sales Professional to join our team and contribute to our growth and success. As a Crown Mechanical Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting our services, and driving sales growth. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and developing customers for life. Your expertise in commercial property services and your exceptional communication skills will be essential in understanding clients’ needs and providing tailored solutions.
Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through market research, networking and cold calling. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client’s plumbing needs and offer appropriate services and solutions. Prepare and present sales proposals to clients, addressing their specific requirements. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals. Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless execution of projects. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives. Consistently monitor industry trends, competitor activities and market developments. Coordinate with General Manager to develop and execute strategies to drive sales, enhance profitability, and improve customer and employee satisfaction. Uphold our commitment to excellence, delivering exceptional service to clients and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
3+ years of sales experience in Commercial Property Service Sales or a related industry Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Strong knowledge of property management systems and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft office suite, email, and laptop/tablet. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen. Excellent organizational skills. Customer-focused with a dedication to delivering exceptional service.

Work Schedule:
