Role:

We are seeking a Sales & Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of our MCA brokerage. This is a part-time role starting at 10 hours per week, with the understanding that hours and compensation will increase as client volume and operations grow. In this role, you will assist with sales support, administrative coordination, creating training materials, helping build sales processes, managing documents, and preparing for onboarding future team members. You’ll work directly with company leadership, learning the ins and outs of MCA brokerage operations, while being a key player in establishing workflows, documentation, and client support systems. We are looking for someone who is eager to grow with the business, dedicated to building something long-term, and willing to take ownership over their role as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with sales operations, including managing CRM data and client information. Create PowerPoint presentations, training guides, and onboarding materials for future sales reps. Support lead generation, follow-up, and client tracking activities. Help organize and document internal business processes. Provide administrative support such as scheduling, data entry, and maintaining files. Collaborate with leadership to improve systems, sales tools, and training content. Be prepared to expand responsibilities as the company scales.

Qualifications:

Fast learner who can quickly pick up new skills and information. Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative in a startup environment. Prior experience in sales support, admin work, or training materials creation is a plus.
