Cardinal Environmental Solutions is a locally owned pest, termite & crawlspace company that services Charlotte NC and surrounding areas. Job Summary We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will educate potential customers on our full range of services—including pest control, termite protection, and crawlspace solutions—while building strong relationships and helping clients find the best service options for their needs. Duties Identify and generate new business through door-to-door outreach, referrals, events, and inbound leads. Conduct on-site assessments of customer needs related to pest, termite, and crawlspace issues. Educate customers on service options and present customized treatment plans. Follow up with leads and existing clients to build lasting relationships and close sales. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Represent the company professionally at all times. Experience Strong background in customer service with the ability to build rapport quickly. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
