Responsibilities:

As aPermanent Sales Representative, you will play a key role in drivingour business forward.

Your responsibilities will include:

1.Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drivesales growth in the assigned territory. 2. Establishing andmaintaining strong relationships with key customers, identifyingtheir needs and challenges, and providing solutions that promoteour products and services. 3. Utilizing Salesforce to track salesactivities, customer interactions, and forecast future sales. 4.Representing the company at trade shows and other industry eventsto increase brand awareness and generate leads. 5. Collaboratingwith internal teams including product development and marketing toensure customer needs are met and to stay informed about newproducts and services. 6. Preparing and delivering salespresentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits andfeatures of our engineering solutions. 7. Providing detailedreports on sales activities, sales forecasts, and market trends tosenior management.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role,you will need: 1. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing,Engineering, or a related field is preferred. 2. A minimum of 2years of sales experience, preferably in the engineering industry.3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Salesforce. 4. Experience inrepresenting companies at trade shows and other industry events. 5.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. 6. The ability tobuild and maintain strong relationships with customers. 7. Aself-motivated and results-driven approach, with a proven trackrecord of exceeding sales targets. 8. The ability to workindependently and manage your time effectively. 9. Strongproblem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically aboutcustomer needs and sales strategies.
