Job Description

We’re looking for a high-energy Sales Rep to drive new business for our staffing agency. This is not a remote role-you ll be out in the field and in the office, building relationships, generating leads, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new client accounts Build relationships with hiring managers Meet and exceed weekly activity and sales goals Collaborate with recruiting team to fulfill client needs

Requirements:

Proven B2B sales experience (staffing industry a plus) Self-starter with communication and follow-up skills Reliable transportation and local travel required salary: $45,000 – $50,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM – 5
