JOB DESCRIPTION
The vehicle salesperson is responsible for selling vehicles and meeting dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards. This position includes four broad areas of activity: personal work habits, prospecting, selling, and follow-up.
OTE (On-Target-Earnings): $80,000 – $120,000+ / year
If meeting and exceeding sales goals and quotas
•The Salesperson Position has a pay scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include a Base Monthly Draw of three-thousand dollars a month. The position may also paymissionpensation which is based on the value or number of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also has a pay-by-production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit•

5 days a week / 2 days off

Previous experience in a quota-driven sales role.
Must be open to working weekends.
Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiasm for automobiles and a genuine interest in helping customers.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
