We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach to account management, with a focus on business development and sales strategies to meet client needs and achieve company objectives in Charlotte NC and the entire country.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Strengthen Relationships
- Engage with business owners, HR directors, and key decision-makers to understand their needs Client Relationship Management
- ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups to assess their needs, gather feedback, and by being their main point of contact to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly Negotiate & Close Agreements
