A Territory Sales Specialist at That 1 Painter both estimates and manages all their jobs and is ultimately responsible for generating leads, customer satisfaction, and projects they are assigned. The Territory Manager is responsible for achieving the revenue targets of the territory, maintaining consistent profitably, and fostering an excellent reputation within the That 1 Painter territory among its customers and partners.

LEADERSHIP

Be self-motivated and results driven. Be passionate about doing quality work. Be able to lead and manage multiple projects and crews simultaneously.

SALES:

Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand the customer base. Analyze sales performance data and identify areas for improvement, taking proactive measures to optimize sales efforts. Ability to maintain gross profit margins through providing accurate estimates.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience. Address customer complaints or issues promptly and work towards resolving them to ensure high levels of customer retention and loyalty.

BUDGETING AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

Collaborate with the Regional Director to create and manage budgets for each location, tracking financial performance against targets. Implement cost-control measures while maintaining quality service standards.

PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS & REPORTING

Regularly analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) identifying trends and areas for improvement.

COMMUNICATION & COLLABORATION

Establish strong lines of communication with the owner and franchise corporate support staff to ensure smooth operations and alignment with overall company goals. Compensation Package $4-5k/month non-recoverable draw for the first 90 days, designed to support you through onboarding and ramp-up $4-5k/month recoverable draw beyond 90 days (advance on future commissions) 7-9% commission on sales of completed work Multiple Bonus Opportunities This is a full-time role as a W2 employee of the company and the hours will generally be from 8am-5pm Monday through Friday with the occasional need for evening or weekend work taking part in trade shows, networking events, and/or industry events.
