1st shift (United States of America) Please review the following job description: The Wholesale Initiatives Execution Leader will manage a diverse team that serves as the central execution arm – program / project management – for all change initiatives contained within Wholesale (Tier 2 and Tier 3). This includes strong partnership with enterprise / functional teams to ensure projects are on track, on budget, and meeting strategic objectives in compliance with PMLC. In addition to being responsible for Wholesale led changes, team will represent Wholesale for Enterprise wide change that impacts Wholesale. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Working with the Wholesale leadership team to drive performance for all key initiatives 2. Leading meetings, advisory councils, and steering committees to facilitate decision-making and support implementation of recommendations aligned with Wholesale Strategy 3. Staying abreast of changes in risk programs, PMLC, and related enterprise governance routines to serve as SME for Wholesale 4. Working with cross functional partners to ensure the success of Wholesale initiatives 5. Representing Wholesale in Enterprise change programs 6. Working closely with Portfolio Planning team to align on change road map 7. Creating a culture of collaboration and trust through frequent and transparent communication
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

Prior experience and/or understanding of Wholesale Banking fundamentals, including product and service capabilities, organizational structure and alignment, and internal process/systems/data 3. 4+ years of credit, portfolio, and/or relationship management experience 4. Strong critical thinking skills combined with strategic business focus 5. Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships and execute growth initiatives across lines of business including all of Wholesale 6. Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to resolve conflicts and gain commitment to accomplish business goals 7. Demonstrated experience fostering strong partnership, promoting teamwork, and building an inclusive culture 8. Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management 9. Sense of urgency and ability to multi-task and manage competing projects in a deadline-driven environment 10. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills 11. Passion for results and personal accountability for achievement 12. Ability to translate and present complex data in a manner that educates, enhances understanding, and influences decisions 13.
