Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth by acquiring new trade customers. Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and property management groups. Focus on construction sales, working with contractors and professionals on new builds. Manage projects from start to finish, including site visits and blueprint reviews. Deliver engaging sales presentations and close deals confidently. Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
Ideal Candidate:
Motivated closer with a competitive mindset. Experience in outside sales or B2B sales (1-2 years required). Construction focused sales ; working with contractors, property management groups etc. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments. Ability to travel within a 50-mile radius of Southern Pines.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary :
$50,000 – $80,000 guaranteed for the first 6 months + commission
Auto Allowance :
Monthly stipend provided.
