The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products, assisting customers in their purchasing decisions, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer interest and sales. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their restoration experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean and organized store environment. Utilize effective phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone regarding inquiries or product availability. Provide roof inspections. Set meeting with Insurance inspectors. • Requirements Previous experience in roof sales or restoration environments is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Ability to perform product demos confidently, showcasing features that meet customer needs. Excellent organizational skills to manage leads efficiently. A proactive approach to selling products while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary. Own a truck and ladder.
