Internet Sales Representative Powersports Battleship cycles and Marine 7769 Market Street, Wilmington, NC 28411 Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Internet Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through various online platforms, promoting our products, and driving sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Duties Respond promptly to online inquiries and engage with customers via email, chat, and social media. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Utilize effective sales techniques to convert leads into sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team to manage inventory control and ensure product availability. Assist in the development of online marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic to our website. Conduct follow-up communications with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Support the dealership’s overall sales goals by participating in team meetings and contributing ideas for improvement. Perform cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or automotive sales is preferred but not required. Familiarity with inventory control processes within a dealership environment is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to build rapport with clients. Experience in sales management or support roles is advantageous.
