As we grow in the Wilmington market, we’re hiring full-time Junior Sales Representatives to support our retail campaigns.

Position Summary:

This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in sales, marketing, and customer engagement. You’ll work inside designated retail stores, representing products and services, answering questions, and helping customers make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers face to face in partnered retail locations to promote client products Explain service features and benefits clearly and professionally Build rapport with customers and assist with basic product inquiries Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet daily and weekly sales goals

Qualifications:

Entry-level no prior sales experience required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable working on your feet in a retail environment High school diploma or equivalent required
