We are looking for an enthusiastic part-time associate to join our amazing team! With at least one year of verifiable outbound sales experience, you will have the opportunity to represent our brand and help people feel better with our premium, affordable cannabis products. Previous wholesale sales experience is required for consideration. Top ranking producers in a commissioned sales position will receive special consideration. This is an amazing opportunity for a sales professional to gain entry into the flourishing industry! You will have the advantage of being backed by our in-house CRM and digital team, and having knowledge of data entry and familiarity with a CRM would be beneficial.

Responsibilities:

Identify, record, and reach out to relevant potential clients in and around the coastal areas of the Carolinas Conduct sales calls in person, over the phone, and via Google Meet to potential clients. Utilize effective sales techniques to ask for a sale and suggest promotions/upsells based on individual client needs. Respond promptly to all client inquiries and address any questions or concerns in a concise manner via call, text, or email. Develop (at minimum) a basic understanding of the cannabis plant, its major cannabinoids, and the general types of cannabis products available on the market. Coordinate sales strategies with Senior Product Sales Manager, Digital Marketing team, and fellow sales reps, as well as upper management. Manage lead and client CRM profiles for appropriate digital marketing. Nurture sales opportunities with new and existing clients. Maintain a reliable vehicle for in-person sales calls. Flexibility to work remotely with a phone or tablet.

Qualifications :

Proficient in using Google Drive and Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting. A self-starter with the ability to work independently and motivate oneself in a results-based position. Possess problem-solving skills, quick thinking, and a focus on efficiency. Comfortable making sales calls and cold calls, both in person and over the phone. Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with clients and supervisors. Advanced understanding of the cannabis plant, its major cannabinoids, and the different types of cannabis products available is a plus. Experience in writing simple marketing and sales emails is a plus. Previous experience in outside sales or at least 3 years of experience in the cannabis industry is required. Well-maintained personal vehicle for sales calls and deliveries. You will be reimbursed for mileage traveled. Are you interested in being part of our team?
