The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions, with a focus on achieving sales targets in a fast-paced high volume environment. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. Utilize effective sales techniques, including upselling and cold calling, to maximize revenue opportunities. Maintain knowledge of current products and services to effectively communicate benefits to customers. Manage the sales process from initial contact through the end , ensuring a smooth customer experience. Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing sales performance. Analyze retail math metrics to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement. Conduct public speaking presentations when necessary to promote products or services at events or meetings. Foster strong relationships with clients in the automotive industry, understanding dealership dynamics and customer preferences. Skills Proven experience in sales management with a track record of achieving targets. Strong understanding of retail math principles to analyze sales data effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Experience in automotive sales is highly desirable, along with familiarity with dealership operations. Ability to engage in public speaking and present information confidently to groups. Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer satisfaction while increasing revenue. Strong cold calling skills to initiate new business opportunities and expand the client base.
