Answering and making phone calls, emails, and text messages in a professional manner to provide the best customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee incoming leads for sales department Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers. Attract potential clients and retain current clientele by answering product and service questions received via phone and/or internet Contribute to high scores for the manufacturer’s customer satisfaction index (CSI) Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately Responsible for making outbound sold and unsold follow-up calls Be available to respond to phone and email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner Meet and exceed goals monthly and quarterly
REQUIREMENTS
Outgoing person focused on the customer experience Desire and willingness to assist other associates to accommodate our guests Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task Willingness to incorporate word tracks to replicate great experiences over and over Good verbal and written communication skills Reliable, driven, resourceful, and self-motivated Prior BDC or Customer Service preferred
