Cigar Sales Representative Antipolíticas Pocket Humidor Cigars 3261 New Bern Hwy # 100, Jacksonville, NC 28546 Overview We’re looking for a motivated individual, who enjoys cigars and has cigar knowledge and experience, to serve as our retail-facing sales representative with cigar lounges, tobacco & vape shops, convenience stores and gas stations. We’re a start-up brand founded by a 4th generation cigar Industry family that hand rolls their own vitolas in their family factory in Esteli, Nicaragua. Antipoliticas was started by a Marine veteran, Cuban-American as a company for the nonconformists offering a smoke for leaving the bullsh•t and politics at the door when lit. This is a commission based role that will require regular engagement with tobacco retailers and convenience stores for success in opening and maintaining accounts. There will be opportunities for promotion, additional pay for holding events and profit sharing for additional sales representative referrals that join the team. Your schedule is your own and your success will be entirely based on your own effort and drive. We have a physical office you can use for receiving prospective and existing account holders and maintaining your files. As the team grows this will be our space for collaboration. The office is located at 3261 New Bern Hwy, Unit 100, Jacksonville, NC 28546 . The Generic Stuff We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for sales, enabling them to build lasting relationships with clients while contributing to the overall success of our organization. Duties Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions through effective communication. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing the sale. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets and objectives. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify new opportunities. Experience Proven experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage customers effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
