Sales & Marketing Person for Home Dealership Home Base Sales Onslow County, NC • Remote Home Base Advisors (HBA) is seeking part-time and full-time brand ambassadors to promote affordable housing near Camp Lejeune and the Home Base Advisors brand as a manufactured, modular and tiny home licensed dealer. The opportunity offers the flexibility to work remotely and set your own work schedule with the potential to become a licensed salesperson at our existing display center in Jacksonville, NC or one of our planned expansion display centers, which offers the potential to earn a six figure compensation. Ideal candidates will has either some sales, real estate, realtor, or other brokerage experience and be successful networking and community outreach. We are seeking candidates that are willing to bet on themselves. Further candidates with a deep and specific network in which to promote the Home Base brand (ie military, realtors, religions organizations, seniors, MHP owners, investors, non-profits, etc) and arrange prospect and business development meetings is preferred but not required. We can train you on what you need to know, say and do, but the ideal candidate will come with the intangibles: ability to connect with others, be a good listener, be customer service oriented and act professionally and use sound judgement. However, no existing knowledge of the manufactured and modular homes (MH) selling and financing side of the business is required as your role will be more to source prospects and book appointments for our licensed sales team. Home Base Advisors is affiliated with a regional real estate investment firm. Thus, the opportunity offers qualified candidates the ability to grow and earn on the management, leasing, underwriting, sourcing side of acquiring and owning MHP’s.
