Retirement Plan What You’ll Do:

Welcome and assist customers with professionalism, enthusiasm, and product expertise. Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate vehicle options. Guide clients through every step of the sales process—from first contact to final delivery. Present pricing, negotiate effectively, and close deals that satisfy both the customer and the dealership. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicle models, features, and manufacturer incentives. Achieve or surpass individual and team sales targets. Participate in ongoing training and development to sharpen sales techniques and product knowledge. Support dealership initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in automotive sales or a similar sales/customer service role preferred. Strong sales acumen with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-focused. Comfortable using computers and CRM tools to manage leads and customer interactions.
