Multisport and Business Development Director Join a dynamic and growing volleyball uniform company in partnership with adidas Volleyball. We specialize in delivering high-performance custom uniforms to clubs, schools and teams across the country. Our goal is to empower club directors by streamlining their uniform process and build meaningful connections in the volleyball community. Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Specialist to grow our presence and sales in the volleyball market. This dual-role position supports both our company and adidas Volleyball initiatives, blending traditional sales with brand engagement and event marketing. The ideal candidate has a passion for volleyball, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to pick up the phone, send a text and build real relationships. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with volleyball clubs, coaches, and organizations Initiate contact through phone calls, emails, and text messages to build relationships and pass along leads Maintain and manage client relationships using CRM tools and Excel-based tracking systems Collaborate with adidas Volleyball on brand activations, events, and product knowledge Plan and assist in executing on-site events and promotional activations Create and send mass email communications to prospects Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and account managers to deliver exceptional service Represent the brand with energy, professionalism, and integrity at industry events
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship roles Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook Willingness to make high-volume outreach via calls, texts, and emails Strong verbal and written communication skills Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and strong work ethic Comfortable hearing “no” and persistent in pursuing opportunities Experience in or connection to the volleyball community is a strong plus Availability to travel occasionally for events and activations
