Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist all showroom visitors, including homeowners, remodelers, contractors, and designers, by providing expert guidance on product selection, quotations, order placement, and invoicing. Ensure the showroom is visually appealing, well-merchandised, clean, and professionally maintained. Respond promptly to sales leads and quote requests within 24 hours. Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including reviewing plans, selecting and specifying products, preparing proposals, managing lead times and deliveries, and ensuring project execution aligns with expectations. Build and maintain consultative relationships with builders, architects, and designers to educate them on products, influence specifications, and identify project sales opportunities. Conduct product knowledge presentations and sales meetings. Actively participate in local building industry organizations to enhance brand visibility and develop strategic relationships. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and home expos. Collaborate closely with internal teams including operations, warehouse staff, and delivery personnel, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and communication. Attend vendor workshops and training sessions to stay informed on new products and industry trends. Provide support to counter sales as needed during peak periods or special circumstances.
