Brunswick, Pender, and New Hanover Counties Fortitude Roofing is growing! We are actively seeking Outside Sales Representatives to expand our presence and grow market share in Brunswick, Pender, and New Hanover Counties. With a solid foundation in place, we’re ready to scale —and we need driven, ambitious individuals to join us on this exciting journey. About the Role This position is a blend of 50% Business Development and 50% Sales , making it a dynamic opportunity for someone eager to make an impact. As the face of Fortitude Roofing in your community, you’ll represent a trusted brand built on delivering exceptional results. While sales can be challenging, we’ve done the groundwork to ensure your success—providing the tools, respect, and generous compensation you deserve .
Key Responsibilities Generate Leads:
Build relationships by canvassing neighborhoods, attending local events, and networking within the community. Consult with
Clients:
Educate homeowners on their roofing options and the benefits of Fortitude’s products.
Conduct Roof Inspections:
Assess property needs to determine the scope of work.
Insurance Coordination:
Work closely with insurance companies and adjusters.
Sales Process Management:
Prepare proposals, manage the sales cycle, and close deals.
Payment Collection:
Ensure timely payment for completed services.
Referrals & Reviews:
Foster relationships to generate referrals and positive reviews.
Community Networking:
Build connections with builders, real estate agents, insurance professionals, and property managers.
Attend Business Events:
Represent Fortitude Roofing at trade and local business meetings. What We’re Looking For Passion for helping homeowners and building relationships. Compensation and Benefits Earnings Potential:
Experienced representatives typically earn $120,000+ annually, with additional incentives for exceeding sales goals.
