East Carolina Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT, a premier new and used automotive dealership in Greenville, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as a Business Development Center (BDC) Representative. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for many of our valued customers, setting the stage for an exceptional dealership experience. Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Responding promptly and professionally to all incoming internet leads and phone inquiries for new and pre-owned vehicles. Proactively contacting potential customers to generate appointments for our sales team. Answering customer questions about our extensive inventory of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and FIAT vehicles. Scheduling sales appointments and ensuring a smooth hand-off to our knowledgeable sales consultants. Following up with prospective customers to maintain engagement and provide additional information. Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our current inventory, promotions, and dealership services. Utilizing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to accurately track all customer interactions, appointments, and follow-up activities. Collaborating with the sales and service departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a Business Development Center, inside sales, or a customer service role is highly preferred. Experience within the automotive industry is a strong asset. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency1 with computers and CRM software. A self-motivated, team-oriented, and enthusiastic attitude. Competitive Pay:

We offer a competitive pay structure that includes an hourly wage plus performance-based bonuses. Expected earnings are commensurate with experience and performance, with an estimated annual range of $35,000 – $50,000+.
