White’s Equipment is currently seeking a Bobcat Parts Associate/Inside Sales for our Winterville Location.

Responsibilities will include:

• Assist walk-in parts counter customers
• Answer incoming calls and process parts department orders
• Process part department orders for technicians
• Process part department claims for damaged product and follow up on back orders
• Detailed receiving of incoming parts department stock orders
• Prepare outgoing shipments and post freight
• Perform inventory cycle counts and assist with inventory audits of the parts department
• Maintain a positive customer relationship
• Additional duties as assigned by management
• Sales of Bobcat turf equipment including mowers & tractors

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Bilingual is a plus
• Mechanical experience is a plus
• Computer skills required
• Multi-task capabilities
• Background and drug screening
• Knowledge of Bobcat equipment is preferred
