Full Job Description Purpose:

Concentrates on obtaining and processing DMDR reports from all the Christeyns North America distributors.

Position Responsibilities:

Receive, track, record, analyze and process/import monthly sales reports (DMDRs) from over 80 distributors Create and update new customer accounts using the DEACOM system• Disseminate monthly, quarterly and yearly comparison sales reports to 50+ Territory, Regional and National managers Input and maintain Territory, Regional, and National manager’s contact information in DEACOM Process and disseminate monthly distributor credits and rebates Process and update Territory and Regional manager’s customer account transfer Communicate and engage with distributors, managers, and office/plant staff Ensure accuracy of all data and reports Maintain distributor files and reports

Other Duties:

Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to changing business requirements, actively assuming new responsibilities as needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment, promoting workplace efficiency Answer, direct, and manage all incoming calls for the corporate office and manufacturing plant

Qualifications:
