As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be a key resource forcreating and maintaining professional and profitable relationshipswith dealer customers within a larger assigned territory, targetedat 20-25% more territory. In addition, you will be responsible forcapturing deals that meet the company’s risk and profitabilityguidelines. How will you drive value within the organization as anInside Sales Specialist? Develop and maintain positive businessrelationships with dealers through daily conversations and provideexceptional customer service Communicate timely and effectivelywhile responding to all credit processing questions and inquiriesWork with the dealer representative to provide a deal structureensuring optimal success with our program turning more applicationsinto contracts Establish and track monthly purchase objectives forassigned dealers Assist the Funding team with the resolution ofdocumentation issues What should you already know to be successfulas an Inside Sales Specialist? Must have professional andpersuasive communication and negotiation skills with the ability tomaintain composure in a fast-paced environment Consultative sellingskills, executing the sales process, and delivering the bestsolutions to needs Excellent organizational and problem-solvingskills Proficient computer skills with working knowledge of theinternet and standard business applications such as MicrosoftOffice; ability to quickly learn new computer applications asrequired Ability to take initiative, identify needs, makerecommendations for improvement, see recommendations throughimplementation, and evaluate improvements for effectivenessExceptional interpersonal skills Exceptional oral and writtencommunication skills
Employment Requirements:
Remain in astationary position for up to 100% of the workday Constantlyoperate a computer and other standard office equipment Talk andhear to exchange accurate information Have close visual acuity toperform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data andfigures; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading Theposition does not require travel This position is full-time Abilityto work 100% onsite
