Role:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Used Vehicle Salesperson. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right pre-owned vehicles to meet their needs and budget. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and understand their vehicle requirements and preferences. Provide information on available pre-owned vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing. Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to customers. Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs, budget, and preferences. Negotiate sales prices and terms with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Coordinate with the finance department to secure financing options for customers. Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and inventory to provide informed recommendations to customers. Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or automotive technology is a plus. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in using computer software and applications. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
