What You’ll Do:

Sales Excellence:

Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans, and accessories in a fast-paced setting.

Customer Service:

Provide outstanding service to retain and attract customers.

Event Participation:

Engage in outside sales events and store promotions.

Teamwork:

Collaborate with your team to create a positive, results-driven atmosphere.

Daily Operations:

Perform opening and closing procedures, maintain store appearance, and manage cash accountability.

Goal Achievement:

Host in-store events and consistently meet daily sales goals.

Effective Communication:

Coordinate effectively with the Store Manager.

Your Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

o Strong interpersonal and communication skills. o Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. o Proficiency in operating PCs, wireless equipment, and standard office tools. o Capability to stand for extended periods and adapt to fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills:

o Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (highly prioritized). o At least one year of experience in retail sales or customer service. o Previous experience in cash handling and quota-driven sales environments. o Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and MS Office software.
