Assist customers with finding the right vehicle for them from our inventory. Achieve and maintain certification with Nissan. Achieve and maintain excellent customer satisfaction scores with Nissan. Achieve individual monthly sales goals. Learn and stay current with industry standards and trends. Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly as well as other duties as directed by Management. Qualifications Steady work history with a commitment to long-term employment. Professional appearance and demeanor. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process. Capable of learning and using Microsoft Office, accounting software, and proprietary sales programs Persistent, competitive and strong work ethic. Able to work in various climate conditions and be able to stand for extended periods of time. Candidates must be willing to submit to a comprehensive background and drug screening. Must have a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
