In this critical role, you’ll do more than answer phones—you’ll set the tone for what we hope will become a life-changing legal relationship. What You’ll Do:
Manage a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency Serve as a trusted listener and guide, helping callers navigate their next steps during difficult times Evaluate potential cases by applying firm protocols and legal criteria with precision Schedule appointments, access and review accident reports, and clearly explain the benefits of firm representation Communicate thoughtfully when we’re unable to assist, always leaving the caller with a sense of care and respect Perform key administrative tasks related to client intake, customer service, and follow-up Represent and promote the firm with clarity, confidence, and compassion Consistently meet performance targets for call volume and appointment setting Maintain the same level of excellence on the first and last call of the day
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree preferred , or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of 1 year of sales or client service experience (experience in personal injury or insurance industry a plus) Outstanding communication skills with a warm, professional tone Ability to multitask seamlessly while engaging clients on the phone Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Bilingual in Spanish is a plus A passion for people, results, and doing meaningful work
