North Carolina Job Summary/Objective:
RBI Corporation is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Field Representative (BDF) to join our team and drive growth across the Eastern North Carolina and South Carolina territory. In this role, you’ll be responsible for increasing market share and revenue by building strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing customers. You’ll work across multiple channels; from outdoor power equipment dealers and hardware stores to arborist suppliers, automotive retailers, e-tailers, and other resellers you bring to the table. If you’re high-energy, self-motivated, coachable, and thrive in a fast-paced, winning culture, we want to hear from you. Bonus points if your “office” is wherever the work takes you, you know your way around power equipment and arbor gear, and you enjoy building tactical sales strategies that win. BDFs at RBI are organized, technically minded, passionate about customer success, and relentless in the pursuit of results. Experience in the power equipment industry is a big plus, and a love for the outdoors never hurts.
Essential Job Functions/Duties:
Responsible for assisting Leadership in meeting target sales and financial goals Successfully prepares for and supports company driven promotions to deliver the best experience possible for customers Assist with workshops and training events in a way that will ensure successful execution as directed by Leadership Clearly communicates with guests via phone and email to answer technical questions, research available products, and prepare orders Performs other related duties as assigned

Expected Work Hours:
Monday through Friday, from 8:00a – 5:00p Travel or driving: 75% travel with high potential 1-4 overnights a week based on customer needs Required Education and Experience to do the job: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred At least two years of related experience required
