Cannabis Tech OTE:

$80,000 ($55K Base + $25K Commission)

Their technology supports some of the top cannabis brands and distributors across 23+ states in streamlining their operations and ensuring compliance. Who We’re Looking For We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is either: Coming from software sales and passionate about entering the cannabis space , OR Has cannabis industry experience and is eager to break into tech/SaaS sales What You’ll Do Collaborate with sales leadership to execute and refine our outreach strategies Handle both inbound and outbound prospecting with targeted emails, calls, and campaigns Conduct discovery calls and qualify leads Attend industry events to support pipeline and awareness Maintain CRM hygiene and optimize usage (we use Hubspot) A/B test messaging and outreach tactics Set and meet clear daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs Reach and exceed quota after a 3-month ramp period Desired Experience 1+ year of experience in a quota-carrying sales role (inside sales preferred) Track record of top performance in prior roles Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with CRMs (Hubspot is a plus) Experience in cannabis or supply chain is a bonus, but not required Comfortable handling objections and turning “no” into “not yet” 100% remote work environment Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage (employee + dependents) 18 PTO days + 11 holidays (sick days don’t count against these) Career development and growth opportunities after 12 months Supportive leadership, collaborative peers, and meaningful work #TUG14
