Outside Sales Representative Ignite Group LLC North Carolina Hiring in: Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro, Asheville About Us Ignite Cannabis is a premium cannabis brand specializing in THCA flower, pre-rolls, and edibles. We focus on delivering top-tier products with bold branding and competitive pricing—helping dispensaries, smoke shops, and wholesalers stand out in the market. Our team thrives on innovation, professionalism, and strong industry relationships. The Role We’re hiring driven, commission-based Outside Sales Representatives to expand Ignite’s footprint across North Carolina , with a focus on Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro, and Asheville . This is a remote role but requires in-person visits to clients in your assigned territory. You’ll represent Ignite’s high-quality lineup, build new relationships, and close deals with retail and wholesale cannabis buyers. High-performing reps will have a clear path to transition into a full-time W2 role with benefits and leadership opportunities as we scale. What You’ll Do Prospect and develop new retail and wholesale accounts in your territory Visit smoke shops, dispensaries, and buyers for product presentations Educate clients on our product catalog, selling points, and promotions Manage the full sales cycle — from first contact to close Submit and track orders using HubSpot CRM Attend local trade shows, events, and networking meetups Represent Ignite Cannabis with professionalism and enthusiasm What We’re Looking For Sales experience preferred (cannabis, CPG, or wholesale is a plus) Self-motivated, independent, and goal-oriented Strong communication and relationship-building skills Reliable transportation — this is an in-field sales position Comfortable using basic tech tools (experience with HubSpot a bonus) Passion for cannabis and enthusiasm to represent a growing brand What We Offer 100% commission-based role with uncapped earnings Paid onboarding and product training Travel reimbursement for business-related expenses Access to marketing materials, sales tools, and product samples Clear path to full-time employment based on performance Compensation Package 1099 Contractor Commission Only — Uncapped potential Monthly & quarterly performance bonuses Annual incentive opportunities
Estimated Earning Potential :
