Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and design-savvy In-Home Bathroom Sales Specialist to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll meet with homeowners both in their homes and in our Raleigh-based Showroom, helping guide design decisions, recommend finishes, and build solutions that fit their style, space, and budget. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, helping turn their renovation goals into reality—from consultation to close. Responsibilities Conduct in-home and in-showroom consultations with homeowners in the Raleigh-Durham area Discuss bathroom layout, style preferences, budget, and functionality Recommend materials and finishes including tile, vanities, flooring, fixtures, and lighting Take accurate measurements and create detailed estimates Provide a pressure-free, educational sales experience that builds trust Communicate project details clearly to the project coordinator and installation team Maintain follow-ups and customer records using CRM software Hit or exceed monthly sales goals Stay current on design trends, materials, and remodeling products Qualifications 2+ years of sales experience in bathroom remodeling, flooring and/or home improvement Knowledge of bathroom components (tile, vanities, fixtures, plumbing layout, etc.) Excellent communication and client-facing skills Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple appointments Comfortable using technology (CRM, quoting tools, mobile apps) Reliable vehicle for local travel Polished, professional appearance with a customer-first attitude Benefits Uncapped commission structure Mileage reimbursement Paid training and product education Access to our design showroom for client meetings and material selection Ongoing support and career growth opportunities
