Entry Level Sales Representative 4.8 4.8 out of 5 stars Zebulon, NC • Hybrid work Are you a motivated individual, salesperson, contractor, entrepreneur, or self-starter looking for a life-changing opportunity? SmartRoof is a training vehicle for salespeople and self-starters who want to advance professionally and personally. The Role As a Sales Representative, you will help homeowners with exterior remodeling projects like roofing, siding and solar. You will drive business through Storm Restoration solutions. Your focus will be to drive business through Storm Restoration solutions. This means that you will meet with homeowners in areas hit by common storms (wind/hail), assess roof damage, and guide them through the storm restoration process. We often help homeowners save 90% or more off the cost of a roof.
Training:
you will undergo a 12-week paid training period that teaches you the key phases of the storm restoration roofing process.
Development:
after training, you will be supported through daily and weekly sales training conducted by mentors, trainers, and your director. The Responsibilities Engage and qualify homeowners for our roofing and solar programs in storm-damaged areas Guide homeowners through the storm restoration process (assess roof damage, meet with the insurance professionals on-site, and assist the homeowner in the claims process) Participate in regular sales training to improve your skillset Participate in regular team events focused on personal development and leadership to improve your skillset The Qualifications Success with our team is more about who you are than what you’ve done. Experience:

The Compensation Earnings Outlook:
uncapped commissions – our average team member makes $75K – $150K in Year 1 and doubles that number in Year 2
