Summary:
Accu-Tech USA is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to support our sales operations in North Carolina. This role is responsible for managing inbound inquiries, processing orders and quotes, and delivering exceptional service to new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and a proactive attitude toward building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position plays a key role in supporting the sales team and driving operational excellence. Essential functions Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and web submittals Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction Assist in identifying customer needs and recommend suitable products or services Accurately process orders, quotes, and sales transactions Make outbound calls to target accounts to schedule meetings for the sales team Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems Track leads, quotes, and follow-ups to ensure timely communication Develop accounts by reviewing purchase history and suggesting related items or new solutions Explain technical features and product benefits to customers Address and resolve customer issues efficiently Escalate complex problems to the appropriate team while ensuring timely follow-up Stay current on product features, pricing, and promotions Participate in ongoing product training and sales technique workshops Achieve or exceed defined sales targets and KPIs Prepare regular reports on sales activity, customer feedback, and market trends Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and sales to support customer experience Share relevant customer feedback with internal teams to enhance product and service delivery Maintain organized records of interactions and transactions Assist in the preparation of proposals and sales presentations Qualifications Experience working in ERP or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite) Familiarity with order entry, quote generation, and sales reporting tools Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to understand and articulate technical product specifications Demonstrated success meeting individual or team sales targets Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional phone and email etiquette Skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision Attention to detail in data handling, quote accuracy, and follow-up tracking Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team-oriented culture Willingness to learn and contribute across departments Self-starter with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and process improvement Preferred education and experience High School Diploma required; Technical Degree preferred Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred Prior experience supporting B2B or industrial sales preferred Physical Demands.
