Role:
In this exciting in-office role, you will be instrumental in connecting quality investment properties with eager buyers. Your primary responsibility will be to leverage a variety of marketing techniques to generate interest and secure strong, qualified offers for properties that our acquisition team has under contract. You will be the key link in the sales process, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction for both our company and our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize a multi-faceted marketing approach including investor listing services, MLS, text messaging, email campaigns, and phone outreach to generate buyer interest. Develop strong rapport and build relationships with potential buyers, understanding their investment goals and criteria. Proactively reach out to investors, buyers, and real estate agents in the local market of the property being sold. Screen potential offers to ensure they are legitimate and meet our criteria. Effectively overcome objections and negotiate pricing and terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, communications, and progress within our CRM system. Collaborate effectively with the acquisition team to ensure a seamless handover and understanding of property details. Consistently strive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated knowledge of real estate principles and real estate investing concepts. Proven experience in phone sales and a comfortable and confident phone presence. Experience in marketing, with the ability to craft compelling messaging across various channels. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Bonus Points:
Possession of a valid real estate license.

Compensation & Growth:
This position offers a competitive total On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $65,000 – $80,000 , which includes:

Unlimited Commissions:
Earn generously on every deal you successfully close.
Accelerated Commission Growth:
Your commission rate will increase every 90 days for the first two years of your employment, rewarding your growing expertise and success.
