As a Collision Associate you will primarily be responsible for providing administrative support to the Collision and Service Department. You will coordinate with the Parts Department, Service Department and Collision Manager to schedule repair timelines and keep customers apprised of as work progress. What you’ll do:
Coordinate parts ordering and installation
Coordinate with Insurance Companies on estimates and approvals
Keep customers apprised of work progress What you’ll need to have for the role:
Previous collision/body shop experience preferred
Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience preferred
Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed
Excellent organization and follow up skills are required
The ability to follow department procedures and policies
Valid driver’s license
May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending General Compensation Disclosure The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below. This position is eligible for variable compensation in addition to base pay. The variable compensation estimated annual range is $65,000-90,000.

Pay Range:
