Are you passionate about beauty and aesthetics and excited to make a real difference in people’s lives? If so, we want to hear from you! BodyLase is currently seeking a Treatment Sales Consultant to join our BodyLase family in Cary. This critical sales position will convert leads into lifetime clients through personalized one-on-one client consultations. As a Treatment Sales Consultant, you will educate clients, design a personalized treatment plan based on client needs, and effectively sell packages, individual treatments, and medical-grade skincare products. Using your sales expertise and CRM tools, you’ll convert inquiries into booked consultations. By actively listening and addressing client concerns, you’ll build trust and rapport that leads to meaningful, lasting client relationships. What We’re Looking For:
Our ideal candidate has a solid understanding of the aesthetics industry, with knowledge of treatments like CoolSculpting, Botox and filler injectables, and laser hair removal. A college degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Most importantly, you bring a genuine passion for the beauty industry and a dedication to helping clients feel confident and empowered.
Compensation:
Our compensation structure is designed to recognize and reward your performance. We offer a strong base salary, performance-driven bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package. First-year on-target earnings range from $75,000 to $85,000 , with no limit to bonus compensation – the more you sell, the more you earn.
