ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for coordinating apartment turns with maintenance and housekeeping departments. Including updating the move calendar, notifying staff of scheduled move dates, coordinating move with resident relations team, conducting apartment inspections and preparing turn costs for approval. Execute all documents needed for move-ins, move-outs, transfers and ensure all documents are explained to new residents and signed. Educate residents and their families on the move-in process. Connect new residents to community services and amenities including primary care and supportive services. Participate in weekly sales team meetings and occasional travel to corporate marketing meetings. Attend daily morning meeting to update department managers on scheduled move ins/move outs/transfers. Act as back-up to Sales Directors conducting community tours to prospective residents. Assist Sales Directors with follow-up calls and emails. Update social media accounts and manage e-blasts to promote the community. Assist with planning and execution of large- and small-scale community marketing events. Assist with business development activities and attend senior living industry events.
EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Experience in senior housing industry, leasing, rentals, sales, or marketing preferred. Highly organized with strong communication skills. Technical writing skills and social media content management experience preferred. Superior presentation skills, both one-on-one, and group. Proficient in Microsoft Office products, quick to learn additional software programs. Experience with DocuSign and Canva preferred Strong attention to details and deadlines.
