Sweetwater Plumbing is on the hunt for a strategic and driven Plumbing Sales and Marketing Professional to help expand our footprint in residential and commercial plumbing services. This role is ideal for a sales-minded leader with deep industry insight who can create and execute marketing campaigns, generate and nurture leads, and convert relationships into long-term customers. You’ll work directly with both our growing service team and local builders to amplify Sweetwater’s reputation as Apex’s most trusted plumbing provider.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development:

Generate new business through outreach, referrals, and inbound leads. Build and maintain relationships with contractors, property managers, and homeowners. Prepare and present tailored estimates, proposals, and bids for plumbing services.

Marketing Strategy:

Collaborate with leadership to create and execute strategic marketing campaigns. Manage and grow Sweetwater’s presence via social media, web content, SEO, and community events. Promote seasonal campaigns, specials, and service packages.

Lead Management & CRM:

Track, follow up, and close leads using CRM systems and performance dashboards. Analyze campaign ROI and report on sales KPIs weekly and monthly.

Customer Experience:

Serve as a brand ambassador by providing excellent service and clear communication. Represent the company at community events, industry expos, and local networking groups.

Collaboration & Communication:

Work cross-functionally with service technicians and office staff to ensure customer satisfaction. Help the operations team prioritize high-value service opportunities.

Qualifications:
Experience:

3+ years in plumbing or construction-related sales, marketing, or business development. Demonstrated success in both relationship-based and transactional sales.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in trade skills is a plus. Working knowledge of residential and/or commercial plumbing systems is a major plus. Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools. Confidence in estimating service jobs and discussing technical concepts with clients.

Attributes:

Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented. Able to thrive in both independent and team environments. Willingness to attend events, make cold calls, and represent the company in public.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. Availability to work full-time, including occasional evenings or weekends for events. No formal licenses required, but industry knowledge is key.
